“It is tact that is golden, not silence”

Samuel Butler

Let’s face it! Having to refuse a request, giving feedback, dealing with persistent requests or handling criticism and outbursts can prove to be nerve-wracking for the best of us. These situations often result in protracted conversations marked by hostilities and negativities that can test one’s emotional mettle.

Managing such conversations requires skill. In abundance.

So, how then do you rise to these challenges?

This course, titled “Tact – Conversational Intelligence in Navigating Difficult Situations”, comprising eight bite-sized lessons in video and infographic formats, is based upon solid research and will help you develop the skills required to effectively navigate critical conflict situations.

Each lesson, and the accompanying assessment, will require you to set aside ten to fifteen minutes, every three days, to complete. Setting aside this time will pay huge dividends, for tact, as Samuel Butler put it, is worth its weight in gold

So, without much ado, please click on the Mark Complete button below to get started.

Happy Learning!
