You want attrition to be low, and employee satisfaction scores to be high.

How do you manage all this?

Now, there is a lot of good natured advice out there on these topics. However, most of this advice, while well-intentioned, is often inadequate. What you need is to learn from the best leaders in the world and what they are doing to build happy, motivated peak performers.

This course titled “Developing Happy and Motivated Employees” comprising eight bite-sized lessons in video and infographic formats is based upon solid research, but with simple, practical inputs on how you, as a leader, can create employees who deliver upon stretch goals, and are happy doing so.

Each lesson, and the accompanying assessment, will require you to set aside ten to fifteen minutes, every three days, to complete. The learning is followed by an action learning project to help you implement lessons learned.
