Test 1 – Planning and Prioritisation Activity Brief

Instructions on how to perform this activity:

  • Please download the excel file titled ‘Project Planning’ using the download button below.
  • On the worksheet titled “Deliverables”, in the file are a list of project deliverables that you are in charge of. The activity, the deadline and the time required to complete each are mentioned in this worksheet
  • You must create a planner for yourself bearing in mind the differing project deliverables that you must handle
  • The planner must clearly help you see when (on what date and at what time on that date) you must start and end an activity to ensure that you meet the deadline set.
  • Add your planner to the “My Planner” worksheet (or on any sheet/ tool of your own)
  • Upload the completed sheet with your planner using the upload button below.

 

Notes:

  • There will be different motion graphic artists working on different projects.
  • The videography team includes you (who directs all shoots) and two people from the motion graphics team who will be working on the post-production of this project.
