Action Learning/ Self-Reflection

ALP- The traits that differentiate...

  • Dear Participant:

You now know all about ‘The Traits that Differentiate High Achievers from Others and the Right Mindset to Adopt if One is to Join Their Ranks’. Knowledge by itself, however, is not enough to turn you into a High Achiever. That takes application.

To that end, we want to give you a chance to think about what you have learnt through this module, which learning take-aways really stood out for you, and what you want to start implementing or using as soon as possible.

As part of this Action Learning Project, you need to:

    1. Select which ‘High Achiever’ traits you want to adopt. Enter them into the form provided below (You don’t have to select all of them. We recommend you start with one or two traits)

    2. Think about what you’re going to do specifically, to imbibe the traits you have selected. Enter your notes/comments in the space provided in the form below. Remember, the more specific you get, the better you’ll be able to follow up on your plan. You could even add a review date for yourself.

    3. Think about what might prevent you from imbibing your selected High Achiever traits, and if you’re able to foresee any hurdles, what you could do to overcome them proactively. (This step gets you closer to success, and prevents potential frustration later on into your implementation plan.)

Remember, you can access the module lessons, and refer to your action learning project notes at any time.
