How we ensure skill practice

With a focus on ensuring relatability and implementation, we, at Actuate Microlearning, design our content to ensure that the learner imbibes the lessons learned. Here’s how we ensure this end:

  • We situate best practices in the context of the learner’s work to illustrate how these can be translated into actionable steps.
  • Case studies – often picked from the learner’s organisation or industry sector – help the learner better relate to the content and provide insights into how a concept can be applied in real-life situations.
  • Action-learning projects and certain assessments provide the learner with the opportunity to practically implement the knowledge after the lesson has been taken.

At Actuate, we try to incorporate the elements mentioned above into our course development, wherever appropriate.
