We move on to the next two lessons. In this lesson, we explore CitrusLearning’s proprietary employee engagement model, which we call V-RAMP. The V-RAMP model is based on significant scientific research in the field of human motivation, and is designed to address deep-set psychological needs that human beings possess. The model is thus a source of facilitating intrinsic engagement – the concept that we had learned in the previous lesson – in people.
