Conversational Intelligence in Navigating Difficult Situations course is still fresh, it is time to move a step forward and assess your knowledge on the subject with an online exercise. This exercise consists of the same five conflict situations that you had attempted at the start of this course. Each situation, as you will remember, also lists six alternative actions you could possibly take to manage that conflict.
