Assessing the Feasibility of the Lessons Shared - Day 1

Time and Task Management Skills Workshop

This form is intended to gauge your viewpoint on the task and time (self) management suggestions and best practices shared during the workshop. Please choose the option that best describes your view of the suggestion and also type in why you feel so.

Suggestion 1: Identifying my 1% tasks
Suggestion 2: Segregating my daily tasks into “MITs” and “Routine” buckets
Suggestion 3: Marking my 2-3 Most Important Things (MIT’s) for the day
Suggestion 4: Creating my “To-Don’t” list for the day scheduling these for another day
Suggestion 5: Scheduling my 1% tasks and MITs based on my chronotype, patterns of the day or stakeholder requirements
Suggestion 6: Adding reminders and prompts on my digital calendar app for each entry
Suggestion 7: Having pre-determined slots for when I will check incoming communication (calls, emails, messages, etc.)
Suggestion 8: Performing “deep work” daily/regularly, including intimating my stakeholders (customers, superiors, team members) about my desire to perform deep work at a particular time, enquiring what they might need from me at that time and then providing them with what they need before I get around to my deep work.
Suggestion 9: Turning off cell phone and email alerts when performing deep work
